You can register your hotel by clicking on the "Register Your Hotel" button in the navigation or on our homepage. The process takes less than 5 minutes and you'll receive your unique 6-digit ID immediately upon completion.
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), net banking, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. All transactions are securely processed through our payment gateway partners.
Yes! Our Professional and Enterprise plans include menu customization options. You can choose color schemes that match your brand, upload your logo, and select from different layout options to create a menu that reflects your establishment's style.
Customers can access your menu in three ways: (1) By scanning the QR code you display at your establishment, (2) By entering your 6-digit unique ID on our website, or (3) By finding your hotel through our geolocation feature if they're nearby.
Currently, MenuNest is a web-based platform that works perfectly on mobile browsers. We're developing native mobile apps for both iOS and Android that will be released later this year. All current features will remain accessible through the web interface.
